"I called John McGee State Farm agency in Medina this morning to obtain a full coverage insurance policy. I had the absolute pleasure to speak with one of his agents named Stephani, and let me tell all who read this post, she was the most delightful and professional agent I've spoken to in quite sometime. I previously had a very frustrating issue with another insurance company whom I will not mention or recommend to ANYONE! For one, everything is online. No physical business to obtain a policy and if/ when you call you wait until someone at their home is available to assist you. Two, they want too many forms of documentation except your childhood history that you have to submit online also. My call with Stephanie was quick and effortless. You're awsome Stephanie!
